I have had my Note 4 for about a month now, everything is doing fine except for my Wi-Fi.

I can identify Wi-Fi connections that are in range but when I go to connect to them, it tells me that they are either "disabled" or "Authentication Error".

Figured I would ask the tech board first before calling customer service and having to deal with all that crap. Thanks.

Have you restarted the phone, removed the battery, etc? Just to troubleshoot

I have had no issues with mine. Are you sure that the correct password is being used and if in fact they are enabled? Sounds like operator error to me.

Have only had mine for three weeks but that issue never occurred. I have connected to multiple WiFi networks with no issues.
