I was in the Apple Store here in BR for the folks at the Genius Bar to diagnose the bugs in Safari I've noticed on my iPad Mini 2. My Genius noticed a new version of iOS available while we were there.
Updated and walked out about 20 minutes ago and all is well it seems.

My phone is running the 9.1 Beta. And I had 9.0 for about a month and never had the issues my iPad has had on 9. Glad 9.0.1 is out

Broke the connectivity of my wife's GMail app while on data. Local store was at a loss & after a l-o-n-g call to Apple they said it's a glitch and yet another fix will be pushed. Wife's phone is a 6 Plus & the problem is that when data connectivity is enabled in settings it will disable as soon as you go to another screen - wifi works normally. GMail is the only app on her phone affected but Apple says there are others.

I got an alert about it this morning and it gave me the option to schedule an overnight install if it was plugged in. I'm pretty sure that's a new feature and that's pretty nice assuming the unattended update doesn't blow up.

My issue is when I want to send a PowerPoint or any file on Safari, it doesn't give me the option to send it to the PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, or even the Dropbox app. It used to flash at the top a number of options of where to send it once you open the file now it doesn't even show up.

Update specifically pushed to fix 9.0 bugs and somehow managed to introduce more. Just great Apple but on the plus side, your ineptitude has finally done what I could not - convinced my wife to abandon her comfort zone and finally switch to Android. I and Motorola thank you.

9.0.1 has nearly made safari useless on my phone.
I expect 9.0.2 soon......

Heads up to anyone still using an iPhone 4s (I know, point and laugh) I downloaded the latest update, and my phone is useless ATM.

I have an iphone 6 and there is no way I am upgrading and would not recommend anyone else updating...it is not worth the risk of hassle or headache. I have had bad experiences in the past with updating an older phone to an ios version that is meant for newer phones.

My safari was doing terrible just like everyone else. Got the update yesterday. Closed out all my tabs and cleared my history. Trying to only keep 1 tab open at a time and I haven't had anymore issues so far

Haven't deleted my history and don't usually have a ton of tabs open. Since the update (to 9.0.1 mind you) I haven't had a single issue.
9.0 created major Safari headaches. But those were fixed by 9.0.1...
