Alexa and the Phillips hue lights were instrumental in helping me destroy this horsefly.

It was a ninja horsefly. Hiding in the shadows while my family was in terror. I decided to turn on certain lights to find it by calling that oh familiar call of "Alexa....". I finally pin pointed it. It was perched on our crown molding 12ft in the air. How was I going to do this? I grabbed a chair and a baby towel (had a monster head hood, blue) and proceeded to destroy it. I got close to it and yelled out "Alexa, turn on goodnight!" The lights turned off and I swung. Goodnight sweet ninja. I said "Alexa, thanks" she told me she was welcome. I went to put up the arsenal and it swooped at me! It was alive! I told my family to leave the room because this is going to get ugly and I can't have it holding me down by protecting them too. So I grabbed the chair and said "Alexa, play eye of the tiger" I then took another swipe at the Sarah Jessica Parker fly. It dodged it and flew around. I told Alexa to turn on the living room lights and it came towards me, towards death. I swung and it was over. Forever.

.... shite, my wife let in another one. The final countdown is on order....

Shame you don't have a Canary or other camera that could have captured this for you

Could it at least stun it and make it drop to the danger zone( which would be the song of choice)?

Welcome to the Jungle
Hungry like the wolf
Rock you like a hurricane
Another one bites the dust
Wanted dead or alive (will change alive to on fire)
...And Justice for all

Shouldn't, but it won't be easy.

Do you want to hold on to (I'll likely never ask for it back) that truck box I told you about? I think I have a highs amp that didn't get flooded as well. Gotta move a bunch of stuff into storage and looking to lighten my load.
