Yea the "channel surfing" like the old school days seems fluid but I don't really dig the UI.

Looks like a combination of slingtv + playstation vue to be honest.
I've never used either. So the UI more reminded me of netflix how things are categorized. In all honesty, i'm probably more impressed b/c I set my expectations pretty low.

Am I the only person that has never heard about Fullscreen?

Can you stream on multiple devices but only two at a time? Or is it two devices, period?
Also, will there be DVR?

Correct on the 1st part. It's 2 devices at a time but unlimited devices as long as no more than 2 at a time stream.

Yes, and there's no time limit whereas PS Vue restricts to 28 days

Nope, neither have I. It seems like "Youtube for ATT" where kids in there 20s never got real jobs so they did random youtube skits and then got paid by "Fullscreen".

Also, no 4k support (at least initially). However, I don't have a 4k TV so I dunno if that's different than Sling or PSVue?

Is that accurate? I didn't hear them mention a DVR at all

For $40 bucks a month you can get 100+ channels with HBO. If you prepay 3 months, you'd get a free appletv. That's not a bad deal. It seems like a better bargain than sling. This price is for those who jump in early. I'd like to see a full channel lineup though.
I'm also just seeing that Sling annouced a cloud DVR service earlier today. Competition is good!

It's not apparently. The guy mentioned cloud based DVR but now their saying it's not available at launch, it's coming in 2017.
Also, there is a free 7 day trial at launch.

Can't watch it, it's saying private video

Are you watching the Q&A or something?

I agree. I really wish they'd have Xbox support. I guess Microsoft and SlingTV are really tied together?!
Why's Amazon and Roku the only ones that are so "open" to everyone?!

Na, just consuming a ton of sites about it. The most informational one seems here

They are wise. No contract tv service will lead people to jump b/t providers pretty regularly. For that reason, I'd buy the firetv/stick or roku knowing that I could switch when I want.

Looking at that site now. I have Vue, but will likely switch at least for a free AppleTV.
ETA: maybe not, not pausing of live TV.

That kills it for me. The reason I went back to Cox was to be able to record shows.
$40 a month w/ HBO seems like a good deal. Wonder if you will be able to use your directv now credentials to log into the content websites like AMC to be able to view content.
