What kind of cost am I looking at to get it repaired? It is still responsive, but very much so shattered.

We've all been there. Just go to one of those repair places and it will be fine.

Ive gotten mine fixed for just over $100 but some places want way more so shop around.

Get it fixed. Then if you don't want your daughter to break it again get her one of those Amazon Fire Kids tablets. That thing is indestructible plus a free replacement "no questions asked."
