Best Tech Stocking-Stuffers for Under $40

Every Christmas, I buy gadgets for my adult kids (4). Last year, I bought them each a Bem Bluetooth speaker cube from Costco for $39. I'm on the prowl for this Christmas. I'm aware the Amazon Fire is on sale for $35, but it's limit 2 and they all have iPads anyway.
Any suggestions for cool tech stuff for about $40 a pop?? Thanks in advance....

Do you/they have digital movie files?
If so, get them a hootoo. Prices range from $19.99 to 59.99. I have the $19.99 one and it works great, just has to be plugged into a power source. The $59.99 has an internal battery. Amazon has their usb flash drives on sale now. I just got a 128 gb for $22. Throw the movies on the flash drive, plug flash drive into hootoo. It will stream movies to their iPads without an Internet connection.

I saw in a magazine A Bluetooth gadget that plugs into cigarette light that allow media and phone Etc over over Bluetooth to vehicle radio about $35 - would be great for my truck which doesn't have Bluetooth

I just bought a power station for my wife on Amazon and it's 20K umm battery charging power and it was only like $27.
