Best apps out there that nobody knows about

Just learned about tunity. Using the app, scan a tv screen. It will find the audio and play it through the phone. Works great if your significant other is trying to sleep or if you want to continue a movie/game while going for a run.
Maybe many of you know about tunity but it was news to me.
What are other apps out there that are helpful but aren't exactly mainstream?

Overdrive, you can get any ebook free from your local library

Tried it out, pretty cool. Will be nice when my girl is sleeping.

Tried out yours also. Don't have a library card at the local libraries, so it wouldn't let me borrow anything, but maybe I'll stop by and sign up for one. They also have movies in addition to the books, so that is pretty cool.

Yeah, I think I might get a library card just to use this. I won't have to feel guilty about torrenting .epub files.

I've been using Overdrive and it's great. It's a little cumbersome, but not bad once you get the books loaded.
I also really like Fit Brains, Wifi Analyzer, Nextdoor, Waze, Duolingo and Wink (Wink requires infrastructure).
