I have a client that wants to config a permanent teleconferencing arrangement with another office in Nashville. Hoping to get recommendations for this other than Skype and Citrix (GoToMeeting). I'm willing to add reasonable hardware (mics, cameras, speakers, etc) at each end. Assume 30Mbps on each end with "average" PC's.

Thanks in advance...

Check out this Ricoh product. I have a friend that is a rep there and we set this up for one of my clients that does remote mediations. It's a cloud based IP video conferencing system. The iOS app to connect works well. I didn't try android. Outside of that, you could have a device in each location or use a laptop with webcam. If you have any specific questions, I would be glad to answer or find out the answer.

I use iMeet which I like. That being said, what's wrong with Skype and GoToMeeting?

I've only had a very brief conversation with the client and he says he's already used Skype and GoToMeeting and neither worked out - but he didn't say why. Just looking at more options before going forward. I'm not ruling out Skype and GTM since I don't have all of the relevant info in front of me.
