Anyone know anything about "rebooting" a game camera?

I have two Wildgame Innovations game cameras, model L08C, and I cannot get them to enter into menu or programming mode. They power up OK and take pictures, but I cannot change any of the settings. When I press the menu button, nothing happens.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You may have better luck on the outdoor board

Agree, but may be more tech savvy folks on this board. I will post my question there too.....

Pull the batteries out of it then Let it set a minute then power it back up. Look for a reset button or hole in it.

Does anything come up on the LCD? Maybe the LCDs have gone bad

LCD works fine and camera takes pics.....every 15 sec when it senses motion. I cannot get into menu to change settings.
