Anyone have Harmony Remote/DTV Now/ATV?

LOVE our new Harmony remote, but there's one thing I can't figure out how to do without the Apple TV remote: how do you get to the Main/Home screen of Directv Now? I can get the top menu (Search/Guide/Watchlist) to show, but I can't get to that area with On Demand and Categories.
Anyone have that setup that can lend some assistance?

My first question is why are you using the ATV remote if you have Harmony? Can you not setup activites to turn on all your devices including the ATV and have the Harmony control the ATV (I can do that with FTV).
Anywho I think if you push either up or down you should be able to get to the menu with On Demand and Categories...it may take some navigating around though I'm not at home right now so I can't test to be for sure.

You misunderstood my post - I use the Harmony, but I can't figure out how to do that particular function. I've tried the up/down/left/right. Does nothing.

Oh yea misread it.
Can you do anything on ATV with the Harmony remote? As in navigate the main menu using up, down, left, and right? It doesn't make sense that it would work on the ATV menu but not inside the DTVNow app.

Yep, I can fully use the ATV with the Harmony, just can't figure out how to get to that one area of DTVN.
Sorry, I think left/right will change the channel, so I misspoke there., but up/down does nothing (you'd think it would replicate the swipe up/down of the ATV Remote, but it doesn't).
It's not a huge deal because I rarely used that area, but it is a bit of a pain to go retrieve the ATV remote from the drawer when I do.

i dont know anything about apple TV but did you look into program the specific buttons in the harmony app?

Didn't know I could but I'll try. I think the issue is that this is controlled with the touchpad on the ATV remote and the Harmony may not may that correctly/completely.
ETA: Or hell, it's probably DTVN. Apparently they have a massive guide outage problem right now (unrelated, but shows that this service was not ready for primetime).

Google harmony one learn command should allow to program a button from original remote to harmony by learning it from original remote

I'm not able to get most commands to work in a few programs on my ps4 so I use the cec function to have the tv send the commands.
Not sure if your tv has cec but if so you can give that a shot.

I'll have to try this as I've had no luck with reassigning some buttons for different functions. I could be doing this wrong also I suppose
