I am over-reliant on LastPass.

Well unless your storing your keepass database in their cloud.

The fact that their cloud is Dropbox makes it even more awesome

"LastPass or similar service" == non-local storage in this context, so no, of course not.

Your title makes no sense.
There is no reason to be so dramatic regarding this type of hack attempt.

Changing your master password minimizes any risk.
LastPass was very responsive on this hack as they were last time someone compromised their network on a more minimal scale.

But this got me thinking... if sharepoint is ever hacked, our company (and many others) is totally fricked

you can chose to store a keepass DB in their cloud (dropbox)

Your post makes no sense. I would never store my password database with an online service through which I also access the database. It's a stupid, unnecessary risk.

I'm glad you find their responsiveness to multiple hacks comforting, but I'll stick with my personal zero-hack record.
