The preview of the deals tells me that unless I decide what I want now and start F5ing at 2am tonight and all day long, anything worth a damn will be gone. Kind of like a woot-off I guess.

if they dont have enough stock of any of this crap, then why bother advertising it at all?

I could be wrong and they have plenty, but the prices give me that "black friday" vibe without the trampling and pepper spray, instead you're fighting a digital crowd in the middle of the night to get that cheap TV.
I also feel really, really stupid, because I ordered a Fire Stick for my daughter on Sunday, full price, knowing full well that Prime Day was this week and not even considering the obvious...

yep, one of those things where the tv goes on sale at 4am but by 3:57am its already sold out.

I was expecting a little more of the Amazon tech products to be on sale, not just the low end, but other than that, it's about what I expected. When they announced Prime Day and compared it to Black Friday my first thought was I don't really remember Amazon having any compelling offers in Black Friday's past.
