Do you have a 4K tv? I don't think you'll get 4K without a 4K capable tv.

How big is your TV and how far away are you sitting?

Yeah you probably won't notice a difference between 4K streaming and 1080P at that distance/size. UHD Blu-Ray might show you a difference. Depending on what view distance/size chart you look at online, general recommendation would be 70"+ at 10 ft. view distance in order to notice improvement in 4K vs 1080P. We've been buying TVs sized for 1080P for years, so that's what we're used to. Even when it becomes more affordable and 4K content grows, a 75" screen would be a tough sell in an average non-home-theater-enthusiast living room.

You're too far away. For 4K and 55", you should probably be no further than 7' away.

Does your TV support HDR? HDR content can look freaking amazing and HDR isn't limited by viewing distance like resolution. I've read Iron Fist is HDR, but I haven't had a chance to watch it yet.

Imho, HDR is more important than 4K resolution.

Agree. But not all displays are capable of reproducing the colors.

TW and the other guy it's a LG with HDR. I put on like YouTube or Amazon and I can see the differnce. Some stuff on YouTube blows me away. All the apps I use to view 4k are built into the TV.

It was the first time playing it on Netflix and I was like, what the hell.
