After 35 weeks, here are the standings:

Place, Owner, Points, Total Score

1. Rdw 67 - 1579
2. GC 67 - 1474
3. Mick 60 - 1573
4. Wait 57 - 1673
5. BPG 57 - 1551
6. War 55 - 1433
7. etm 51 - 1446
8. Stark 40 - 1383
9. VKC 34 - 1380
10. Sticky 34 - 1330

Week 36 Schedule:

An Ivorian Shower Scene FC vs. Liverfools
St. Catherine's Fighting Owls vs. Real Legendairy
Eriksen's Hair vs. The Dodgy Flappers
Jose's on a Vacation Far Away vs. Hand of God
Landycakes FC vs. Special Olympique de Gonzales

Everything is all updated on the league site in the OP. I would recommend checking out the table for a cleaner finish.

Most importantly, rdw and gc are battling for the title on the last of the season. Rdw will win the league if he scores three points with his 105 point differential. I thought that GC had it wrapped up, but there is some serious last drama and now rdw is the favorite to win it all. However, rdw has to face a very good team led by Mick and GC gets to roll over one of the league doormats, me.

The battle for top four is also very interesting as only two have clinched a spot in the top four. Mick needs to secure a point against the hottest team in the league to guarantee a top four finish. Wait will make it if he wins because he has scored the most points in the league. BPG can qualify if War beats Wait and BPG scores at least a point. War can still finish fourth if he beats Wait and BPG loses. The final two spots in the mini Champions League is up for grabs.

Also, I just decided that the top four teams will qualify for a two week tourney in weeks 37 and 38. It will be 1 vs. 4 and 2 vs. 3 with single elimination games. In case of a tie, then the better seed (first in regular season) advances. This will be our mini Champions League. Also, only the top four teams will be allowed to make transactions after this window closes.

Good luck to everyone on the final week of the Fantasy Premier League season.

I will be trying to avoid relegation. (Obviously, no one will relegated if you were an active owner. You will have priority next year as well).

Sorry for being very MIA for the last few weeks. I play soccer saturday mornings and just completely forget to set my roster the night before. Also, I haven't even really been watching at all recently.

It's not fair for everybody in the league for me to throw up a roster every three weeks, not watch the games, and not even calculate my own score so I'll probably give my league spot after this season ends.

It reverts back to your last known captain anyway.

You start any reasonable formation (sorry Del Bosque, the 4-6-0 is not acceptable for our league) with your players. You can start any combination of 1 GK, 3-5 DEF, 3-5 MID, 1-3 FWD that adds up to 11 starters total.

Well, in my defense, I didn't START that formation....the 6th MF would have come on for a sub.

You appear on the verge of a league title. Maybe you should not give up so fast.

You are all good. I was just letting you know the sub ended up not counting. It will not change anything in the table. Those three points don't matter in the grand scheme of things.

Too late. He gave up. He forfeits the title!!!!

Although, today's game is CRUCIAL.

I know but I'm sure there are people on this site who would actually update their lineup and pay better attention than me. Besides it was essentially Hazard that catapulted me to the top.

Also, I'm tendering my resignation at the conclusion of the season so I'm not forfeiting anything yet.

I really wish we had enough interest for a second league to stay viable for more than 3 months. Relegation would be so fun.

Also, we should have somebody familiar with graphic design (looking at you Colonel) design a sig or avatar for the winners of the League and Cup competitions.

When I was all in, this was probably my most favorite fantasy league.

Don't think I haven't already thought about it.
