Well let's start her up.....who you got? I'm going with my favorite scenario. Klopp and ditch the transfer committee.

This is probably just a shitty rumor, but....

BREAKING: Jurgen Klopp reportedly has already agreed a three-year deal with Liverpool to become manager.

Yeah apparently the origin of that rumor is from Bosnia so

And now this:
he's not reliable

he's not reliable

If they got Ancelotti or Klopp that would be amazing. Ancelotti is one of the best managers of all time.

Glad we didn't wait, and now is actually a decent time since its international break so there's a little extra time to make a hire

I think there's way too much smoke on the Klopp rumor for something not to be there... I'd be 1000% behind that move
Posted on 10/4/15 at 1:03 pm to Tigerfan7218
Yea there was some skepticism before but now it looks like everyone saying Klopp and Ancelotti are the front runners and in that order

Apparently that bosnian rumor was spot on about the timing, etc. so it could be valid. My heart says klopp, head says ancelotti. I think klopp could be here for a longer period of time, so I'll go with him. We NEED to get one of these two. If we screw this up, we are done for

I'd be thrilled with either, but it really should have happened at the end of last season so that the new manager could shape this team..
Klopp makes the most sense... but Ancelotti is about as decorated a manager as you can get...
We'll probably end up with Big Sam...

Overall I think ancelotti is a better manager, klopp a better fit for the club

Klopp really seems like a perfect fit for the club. Like SCH said a while back, he would definitely shake things up a lot, and I think Ancelotti would be a smoother transition, but I would be ecstatic with either.

I think they have one of them with an agreement in place... Otherwise this is a really odd time to make a move.
I'm with y'all though, either one would make me incredibly happy. My vote is Klopp though

I just hope we don't blow it...
Other than it being LFC and I know that Carlo has a huge amount of respect for the club... It just doesn't seem like the type of project he'd take, without a guarantee of the structure of the club and significant financial backing..
edit: I can't imagine we'd let him go now, without an agreement with someone in place already

Yep. Ancelotti has always had more money and different clubs to manage. Idk what he would be able to do without a load of cash to spend and world class players already here.
Klopp seems to be a much better fit. It's interesting now that all of a sudden BR is gone, LFC are admirers of him. It wasn't last week that we were tipped off to not hire him. Tabloids, I tell you...

Lol my lazy Sunday just got a lot more interesting

Like someone said earlier, there seems to be more smoke with klopp than ancelotti at this time. I also agree with the point that ancelotti may not want a project type job, where klopp prefers it and thrives in that situation. To have that sort of Fire and passion back at liverpool fc.. Oh man.

Mine too, I almost did a spit take with my drink when I read the Facebook post from Fox Soccer. I had to do a double take to make sure it was real
