Without seeing what our lineup was, I feel like we need to run two strikers (Studge/Origi) up top and have some widespread turnover in the midfield.
Seems like we lack in creativity and space creation. The effort is there, just not the ability.

Hmm... Maybe Firmino playing as a striker up with Studge? All I know is that we aren't getting enough space right now, and whether that be because of striker number in the formation or midfielders not opening up lanes to pass, something needs to be changed if the goal is to win anything this year (not PL but the other trophies).

We had the opportunities yesterday. Yes, we didn't look great, but we should have put at least one away, and possibly two.
We get a week off, Klopp can actually coach a bit for once, and then we can see what we get out of the return leg at Anfield.
One thing is for certain - we must score and win in regulation. No extra time with the Cup Final three days away.
I'm not sure I play Studge unless its to start him and then take him off at half?

There was a lack of decisiveness imo. We had some brief moments but largely looked like we were waiting for something or someone else to do something. Like maybe the tactics and the team talk energy weren't on the same page?

I would love to raise a trophy but not at the expense of Europa. I am not saying we're going to win it but it is our only shot at the CL next year.
