Question -

Do we win the league last year with Jamie on the roster?

I'm a bit torn, but I think his leadership means a few less goals given up. And likely would have made a difference.

who knows... wish he'd have been a part of it though... was a fun season!

So, who has watched Tottenham? they're top of the table, but have played crap teams (were lucky to get points in the 1st week)... I expect them to be improved and it is at WHL... We may also have some key personnel out. I have seen zilch, except the last 10 mins of week 1, so really don't have a good feel..

I have no idea how to rate Tots. I guess we'll all know come Sunday!

Liverpool drawn at home against Middlesbrough in the third round of Cap One Cup for the week of Sep 22.

Watched a bit of both Tots matches. They'll play hard, and not give up a ton of space. Granted, the teams they have played aren't offensive powers.

Its a new system, but its also a system that has given Rodgers a lot of trouble over the last few years.

We have to play better at the back as I don't think we'll score more than 1 or 2 against them.

Im wondering if Skrtel will play or if we get to see a Lovren/Sakho pairing...

The other big question would be if Balotelli starts in a diamond or if he comes off the bench...

With Skrtel picking up the slight knock on Monday, I would think we see Sakho come in. I also predict Balotelli as a sub.

Excited to see a Sakho-Lovren pairing (hopefully). Sakho had an excellent World Cup.

If Moreno can't go, and assuming Enrique still doesn't even exist, how do you feel about Can on the left, and Manquillo on the right?

Enrique allegedly fit for the weekend, while Johnson and Flanno I think are definitely out. Still waiting to see on Moreno and Skrtel
