Knee injury and Klavan's ill
Not much about Lovren's injury so I imagine it's just a slight knock

Yeah, imagine this will be much more dynamic in attack today... Wonder what's up with Gini for Klopp to keep Can on in front of him?
I'm gonna miss most of the game, I have my first day of training with an aussie rules football team

Gini's already played 2 matches in the past week so it might be a rest for him?

Yeah probably so, wasn't thinking about that... I'm just happy to see our attacking three back together and of course a less congested february

Gini cinched the tie against Chelsea, doesn't constantly back-pass, shows revovery speed on defense, and good off-ball movement.
Of COURSE we bench him now that we have only EPL games remaining.

it's becoming painfully obvious that top 4 is becoming more and more unlikely... it's amazing how much this team has dropped off in 6 weeks... it's damn near a total collapse, and there's really no way to fix it, because we sat on our dicks during the transfer window...

As much as Liverpool fans thirst for upgrades at CB, LB, and winger, todays results so far yet again proves, as it has been for years now, that Liverpool's biggest weakness defensively is at goal keeper.

This club is hard to watch right now.

This is pathetic. Same old shite

I'm just going to take a break from posting about LFC for awhile. There is nothing I can say that would be positive, and it would be nothing anyone would want to read. Hopefully things turn around for us.

I knew we were done today when I saw "world class" (lol) Sturridge trotting on the field.

Sunderland can score 4 goals against bad teams.
Everton can score 5 against bad teams. (Edit: Make that 6.)
Hell, even Watford can score 2 against bad teams.
Liverpool is utterly incapable of scoring against bad teams.

What in the frick is the problem with this team?
Posted on 2/4/17 at 12:56 pm to LSUTigersVCURams
Glad I had practice this morning, didn't have to watch that crap... We need a slump buster in a big way

This is the first time I am doubting Klopp. Hopefully this display has proven to him and FSG that this team needs to cut the fat and spend some serious money this summer. Especially shoring up our putrid defense. For f@cks sake please get a LCB, LB and something different in goal!!!

I'm still not doubting him, I think he knows we need to cut the fat this summer... And I think he will, if he doesn't then I'll be the first to criticize him for it

OK, I lied. So this is the last thing I will say on the matter.
Klopp's preferred style of high press does not work against teams that sit deep. It doesn't work, and it's never going to work. I know it, and you know it. Personnel isn't really the issue. It's the fricking tactics. If he's ever going to learn to adapt against an opponent that can counter your high press then it's got to be right now. He and Buvac need to come up with a legitimate plan B. But if he's going to stubborn about it like Brendan Rodgers, then I don't see this working out well for us in the long run.
