Alright, looks like I'm going for Colorado as my first ever soccer team. When I conduct my first press conference, I'll name drop all of you

Awesome, also on a side note we're looking like we'll edge into the playoffs as is and just signed two attacking players (last week) who are better than anything we had previously.

Well that'd have to be Liverpool, because this is their year!

Cubs fans are losers. There's nothing lovable about them.

My recommendation would be to see if the Premier League Guide will come on NBC or NBCSN this weekend. Gives you a quick rundown with facts about some of the clubs.

United and more recently Chelsea to a lesser degree.

Not really such a team in the PL right now, but in English football Leeds would be the anti-packers/redsox. Liverpool as well.

Spurs

Too many to name. Arsenal is one though.

Newcastle.

All you really need to know though is pick Chelsea or be a douche. The choice is yours.

Best advice has already been given as it pertains to BPL. Watch games, read this board and read about the team history.

If you want a decent doc on the recent history of Swansea City watch this great piece - LINK

If you want an entertaining mid table squad I'd lean toward Swansea or Sunderland (I'm biased because of their recent pickups, specifically Jozy)

I've been a Liverpool fan historically, but I think it's time for a restart. Not because Liverpool isn't good and I want to pick someone awesome. I figure if I'm going to make a real run at this, a fresh start is in order. Going to use Joe Pos' article to help me and watch a few matches too:

I think I'm rolling Everton. Gonna watch them play tomorrow and maybe some others before making a final decision.
