Yup and pair him with Rojo or Blackett might be on to something. Along with Shaw holding down the Left and Raf holding down the right we could be set for a few years. But def bring in one top level CB. In the next two windows.

So what do y'all think about this:

Not trolling, just want an honest answer/explanation for the disparity between how United fans viewed these two coaches.

We're miles ahead of what we were last year. I know the points don't show it, but every top team, besides Chelsea, have struggled to get points. No way we get Di Maria, Flacoa, or Blind if Moyes is still manager. We probably get Cattlemole, Samaras, and Barkley, but for the same price.

I think that if a person can't tell the improvement in the style and philosophy under LVG as opposed to Moyes then he knows nothing about the game. Let's judge him at the end of the season - not after his first quarter of a season.

I think we'll continue to improve under LVG whereas we seemed to get progressively worse and more unimaginative under Moyes. This chart also fails to show the injuries sustained during the first 10 games this season, which haven't helped results.

FIFY

Seriously, that was my biggest fear when we sold him. Would be tough to handle

ETA: equalizer better than a winner though

Yeh I've kinda seen the same thing. Maybe his playing days are coming to an end. Wouldn't be surprising considering the style he plays. All depends on the price and if we are able to land another CB really.

I would love to have him back just for sentimental reasons and for his leadership . . . . . and so we could sing his song again on game days.

Former Manchester United defender Wes Brown has labelled Anderson the least intelligent footballer he has played with during his 18-year career in the professional game.
Brown has revealed his astonishment at the fact Anderson, who looks set to leave Manchester United in January, cannot speak fluent English despite sealing a move back to Old Trafford back in 2007.
When asked who the least intelligent player he had played with was, Brown speaking to Sunderland's official YouTube channel, said: 'Not going to say anyone at Sunderland because that will get back.

De Gea dislocated a finger with Spain. No news on if he'll be out or how long that i've seen, yet.
