strange that you come into the city thread to point this out.

EVERYONE wanted pogba, including city fans. that doesn't mean we can't gloat that our guy (at least in the short run) has been a much, much better buy.

I, for one, questioned whether Pogba was a good fit in Pep's system. I also questioned Pogba's consistency and defensive effort. I feel completely vindicated on both of those observations.

I still would have loved to have had Pogba along with Gundogan, but I soured on Pogba early last season because it was obvious that he had a long way to go to justify the fee+Raoila's fee. And also when I realized that he was basically a #10, and City had other issues.

All that said, Pogba has looked like shite because of Jose.

Have to put the ball in the net. So many points dropped this season BC the finishing has been lackluster. Disappointing, but not surprising.

C'mon Pep...we can't keep trotting Kolarov out there. Just buy a LB.

I don't think we'll ever win a match or keep a clean sheet again.

Not with our patchwork back 4. Need some serious work. 2 shite LBs. 2 mediocre RBs. 2 hot and cold CBs and one that could tear a hammy brushing his teeth.

Not to mention a new GK that can't block a shot to save his life.

It'll be one of the two Madrid clubs. No doubt.

Finally got to watch the match. Nando did well. Sane was pretty solid IMO.

I've been a little down on Gundogan but he was great today. I wish we could have come away with a win, but I'll give it up for a youth players.

I've always been a fan of Clichy but he had a rough match. He just hasn't done much this season.

Both of our LB's are shite. I'm completely open to giving Angelino a shot.

He stayed on.

The only sub we used was Navas coming on for Maffeo
