Saw that and also saw them saying that there are rumors of City and Pep doing an extension due to Pep wanting to be in charge of the squad when they hit their prime.

Pep can't bend to sentimental pressure like that. I love Joe but Ederson is easily an upgrade in every way to Joe. As both a shot stopper and definitely as a ball player.

Rumor is, is that City is announcing another new signing on Monday. I'd suspect it's Mendy if that's true.

If Joe would be a backup to Ederson then I'm fine with it. Bravo showed me nothing this season. After Joe shite the bed in Torino, playing a couple cup games in friendly territory may not be the worst idea.

Agreed. Supposedly there are still some third-party issues with Ederson. Would love to get it wrapped up quick though. Bernardo, Moraes, Mendy, and Fabinho would be a great start to the summer. Snag another CB and I'm good. If these Otamendi rumors gain steam we'll need a 2nd CB as well.

I don't see how it could work unless Aguero is gone.
And if Aguero is gone, I'm not exactly comfortable with the top 2 strikers in the club being 20 and 18 years old, even if they are the most hyped up wonderkids in the world.
