Apparently Sunderland has signed Italian international Emanuele Giaccherini. Sunderland should have a very good attacking 4 with Jozy at ST, Sessegnon playing behind him, and Giaccherini and Adam Johnson out wide. Solid supporting cast. Should be no excuses for Jozy to prosper at Sunderland.

I'd love to see Omar in Europe as well. He has to learn to concentrate the whole game, especially when dealing with strikers who have more guile.

I think Omar needs a year in the Championship to sharpen his skills reading the game as well as his focus. It's a grind to go through a year in that division.

I think his loan stint at Nuremberg would've done wonders for him, instead he shredded his ACL an hour after he got off the plane

Turns out they won 13-1, nothing to be excited about after all

Good news is Jozy is getting acclimated to his new surroundings. Hope he can hit the ground running once the season starts.

He is certified nuts. But he shows passion and I think Jozy will do well under Di Canio.
