I love this team and I love this country

We made a statement this World Cup and it will not be forgotten. We garnered the attention of soccer world powers. We got 15 minutes left and regardless of the outcome, we won.

we had a good showing. It is hard to be happy about a loss though.

Not sure why I got downvotes but we just gave a top 5 team in this tournament their best game of the tournament.

I don't care. I'm looking beyond the record. Portgual was a win for all intents and purpose. Yedlin and Green are two for the future and man am I excited. Tim Howard stood on his fricking head today and may now be the GOAT U.S. keeper ever.

Fought our asses off.... Keep our heads held high. We had a fantastic showing in the WC. Very proud of this team.
And love the fact that Yedlin and Green both got some huge experience... those 2 guys are permanent fixtures in our roster for the next 10+years no doubt and players we can build around.
We made it through the Group of Death and into the final 16. And just went toe to toe with 1 of the best teams in the World in Belgium.
We gained a lot of respect with this WC. Very proud of this team and looking forward to the future

Even if they won today they wouldn't have beat Argentina. It was just a matter of time before the US was bounced out of the tournament.
