Just watch as many games as you can with no particular team in mind. Eventually you'll be drawn to one. And regardless of which one it is, if you feel a connection it's the right team for you.

Pretty much
When I lived there i could have just jumped on Bayern or Dortmund like so many people do.
But once I went to a match I was hooked. I loved living in the city, the people and the club being so much the fabric of the city and a religion to everyone is just hard to describe.

do you get the bundesliga on your TV?
I don't see why you would bother if you don't.
watch a few games.
the character of the team's best players should be something you are able to be in sync with.
I get two games at a time from bundesliga. and a premier league game.
