He can't be the best we have. That's horrible.

One of the most productive strikers in the world over the last year was in 1 on 1 with him, no defenders in sight, and Guzan made the initial save. How about the back line not just ball watch?

The whole team is terrible... Everyone wants to blame Klinsmann but clearly these guys just aren't good enough. A bunch of mls guys getting dumped on by some guys playing for world class teams.

He was awful on the first goal. Got beat his side on a free kick, should have gotten a red in frustration and makes a bitch save right back to Higuain that lets him score. He is having a nightmare night.

The guy this thread is about is one of the only reasons Villa wasn't relegated sooner.

They could have scored 8. We would have done better to just concede the midfield to them and player 8 back lol

That may be the case. But when all 11 players sucked it's not saying much.

May not have been the worst. Definitely wasn't the best.

He's above average at his position, which is more than you can say about more than half of the US squad. He's not anywhere near the US's biggest problem.

Guzan touched the ball probably more than any US player last night.

I'm not sure what the point of that is but even if so he still wasnt the best player on the field. He had a pretty subpar game.

He got caught in no man's land twice, once on a goal and once he could have easily been thrown out of the game. He was pretty bad.
