I think you may be right and it really bums me out.

I wanted him to be the guy. And he still may be, who knows. He ticks a lot of the right boxes to be the face of US soccer for a long time. Except for a couple of really important ones that matter the most.

Mexico deserved to win, and the ref did an excellent job. We have no one to blame but ourselves.

They were so much better than us. We are so technically deficient.

Bradley is a horse and I love him. But he's being asked to be something he's not. I think of that ball to Beasley in extra time or maybe late in the second half. Beasley tried a one two and was in. Bradley hammered it past him. Right idea. Great decision. Not skilled enough to pull it off.

That said, the ways we conceded were so opposite of what makes US soccer successful when we are successful. Out of sorts, on different pages. That falls on JK, who is bold but ignorant, an awful combination.

I would just love for anyone to try to make an argument as to why we shouldn't. Only thing I can think of is that there isn't a good replacement. I'm not saying there isn't, but that could be a logical reason. Beyond that....

I know it's not really your argument, but I think it's just sad when that is the best reason to not fire your coach.

Guess Jurgen thinks nothing matters besides the World Cup. Newsflash. We want to win other trophies too.

He's not the guy. Who knows? Everyone. Well, except Klinsmann and Gulati apparently.

We are, but that has nothing to do with Jurgen. Technique isn't taught by a national team coach to his players. I think it's probably time for a change but the lack of technically talented players isn't his fault.

Players played with a lot of balls while they were engineered for failure. Geoff Cameron's performance doesn't deserve to watch Rafa's bitch arse dance with a trophy.

This was ridiculous. Mexico was more or less neutralized for 90 minutes. 70% possession relegated to shooting shitty shots from 25+. This is how it has always been. Mexico didn't roll up with some new shite. But, we can't do capitalize if every attacking player is collapsing on the ball. Not the players' fault, they do what is natural.

No, he's put too much into Jurgen. He is way too invested in him. Sucks that we're stuck with this joke.

Why are we stuck with him? What have we invested in him that can't be undone by simply paying him what we owe him and cutting ties.

Cameron played well, for sure (and a goal!).

good analysis.

Maybe the US will go after Fabio Capello.....

Well, even if our players may not be as technically skilled as some others, you still need to have players playing in the positions which they are best suited to fill if you want them to play their best with the best technique that they do have. This is apparently a problematic issue for this manager to grasp.

Rafa Marquez is truly sub-human. The world will be better off without him.

Cameron and Zardes played their asses off tonight.
