How does man united make so much money despite being so mediocre? Their marketing is insane. Wish Arsenal had that kind of brand value.

I know that they get world high $80 mil a year from Chevrolet and they have the ten year, 750 mil pound deal from Adidas (United's was the largest for like half a season until Adidas re-upped with Real Madrid for a 10-year, 106 mil a year deal and Nike outdid them all with an extension of Barca for 120 mil pounds a year contract)
United essentially prints money though.

Hell, we haven't won the league in over a quarter century and we're still in the top ten... It would take them losing for a few generations to see them fall far... that wont happen..

Just because your owner is rich, does not make the club rich. Kronke does not consider Arsenal his top priority. He owns Rams which is his top prioroity. He has books to balance. Arsenal is a business to him. He is not putting his money into it.
