It's pretty crazy, but his teams were pretty competitive when not winning, and he has 2/4 British CL titles in the last 30 years.

Tbf he is privately financing the Rams new stadium.

I'm still reluctant to say if it is him or Arsene that is the one that is unwilling to spend. Money seems to have been there when Arsene wants it.

Whoever set up their last set of commercial deals should have been fired though. They are lagging painfully far behind in that area.

The glazers are cheap as well

They have refused to invest in the club

No the glazers don't

The money United spend is made by the club

The glazers refuse to invest in United especially during the SAF years they were notoriously cheap.

Even with United breaking the £100 million mark spending under LvG. The average spending under the glazers per season was just over £30 million.

Not to mention them not investing at all in infrastructure the club needed. LvG basically bullied them to start upgrading as well as City forcing their hand.

These videos sum it up perfectly

Dude, if you think he isn't getting tax breaks, then you might be dumber than the LA fans who believe this.

Stan doesn't use his money, unless he's getting it paid back on the downlow. He got St.Louis fans with the PSL. He got Arsenal fans recently with a season ticket dealio, which paid for his new Texas Ranch.

Eventually the books will be opened, and a new Mayor will realize the City ended up paying for the Stadium x2, all under the guise of no public money.
Tax relief and tax credits, etc are still public money, and instead of going to city, they will line stans pocket. Never, ever believe a Politician, especially a Cali one, who's lies through his teeth, every chance he gets.

Well PSG already had UEFA said some of their revenue does not count to FFP.

City have the EPL tv deal to fall on for a big chunk of money. But when it comes to match day and merchandise they are not up there.

if you read the report, the percentage of revenue PSG receive from commercial sponsors is similar to the rest of the top 10

When most of it comes from two companies owned by the owners family members who run Qatar. Its always going to be suspect.

You have a Qatar cell phone company on your kits

Regardless it's not nearly as bad as it was 3-4 years ago, when PSG's "commercial" revenues were well above other clubs on this list. PSG is becoming an established brand around the world and the deals they have are not off the rails above and beyond what they could command on the open market. PSG are able to spend ~100 million euro in the summer and ~40 million Euro in January and still stay well within FFP rules, even when UEFA rounds down some of the revenues, which IIRC they didn't even do for FY2016

PSG makes comparable money on merchandising as the others on the list, has similar social media numbers, etc.

You're offering anecdotal evidence and I'm responding with objective facts

Paris is a huge fricking city, so they will always rake in money on merchandise and have decent social media following.

But you still can't answer my question it's ok

PSG is big in Asia and Central/South America and also not as bad in Europe and North America as you claim.
