He also has a strong chance to break the record for goals scored by a defender in the pl. He has the potential to have himself a magical season.

Salah has been impressive for Fiorentina. 2 goals tonight against Juve.

Was that a loan, or did Fiorentina buy him outright? The first goal today was sick..

Loan with option to buy. Many don't expect to see him in a Chelsea kit again. Even Salah doesn't expect to be back, or want to be back at the moment.

quote:

Salah was a pawn in Chelsea's £26.8million deadline day purchase of Juan Cuadrado, with the 22-year-old heading to Italy initially on a six-month loan.

But the winger has already revealed he wants to stay at the Serie A club past the summer and has no desire to return to Stamford Bridge.

“At the moment I don’t intend to return to Chelsea,” Salah said.

“I want to do well with Fiorentina. I spoke with Mourinho and told him I wanted to leave Chelsea and he was fine.”

Honestly, his game seems better suited for a team like Fiorentina, where teams aren't looking to sit back all the time against them, and he can get more regular time than at Chelsea.

He has really looked good for them. He can absolutely fly.

It would be even better if he banged in the goal that gave us a 1-0 win to clinch the lead.

Remember that time it looked like Chelsea didn't care about winning in the Champion's League?

Really not that upset to be honest. Didn't deserve to go through. Played 90 minutes a man up and did nothing. Not even close to good enough. Oh well, top of the league. the double is still on.

FA Cup is the double. I was shocked that Chelsea did not go through after playing for 92 minutes a man up. PSG showed heart and resilience.

I'll say this: Chelsea didn't deserve to win at all, but tht Silva header was about as lucky a shot as you'll see. Basically was a perfectly placed prayer.

Courtois was out of position. One of the few errors you will see him make. Lucky is ManU beating Arsenal at The Emirates. 1 shot on goal and Arsenal had 9 shots on goal and lose 2-1. Chelsea should have destroyed PSG. Gave up goals to two defenders without PSG's best player.
