and yes, I'm aware that Charlie is still alive.

But he's the fast guy constantly making runs, lots of energy, puts some heart into his defensive effort, and generally is just a pain in the arse to the other team.

I doubt any CB looks forward to having to chase him around all game.

Can't wait for this guy to gain some experience and composure by playing in the Bundesliga.

How's CD doing these days in MLS? Any chance for a call up?

I agree but Bobby is better technically than CD is/was.
Bobby's dribbling/ball skills are some of the best in the USMNT pool, special player for us.

Absolutely. Davies is a good player but Wood has elevated his game to another higher level over the past year and a half. Wood's technical ability was always good but he has sharpened it further. In terms of his aggressiveness and physicality, Wood has reached another level and made tremendous improvement. He has developed a killer instinct that a striker needs to have. He wants the ball and will fight you for it.

Davies had a tough year in New England this past season. I believe he was injured then had some personal family issues that kept him away from the lineup a good bit. Agudelo and Kamara essentially claimed the role of the pure striker that Davies played for the club.

He's not as fast as CD, but plenty pacy. Far stronger and more technical.

I'll be interested to see how he fares in the Bundesliga next year.

He was tearing it up in the run up to the world cup before his wreck. Sad story.

As crappy as Jozy has been lately, maybe pairing him up top with Bobby will bring back some of that old magic.

Jozy and wood up top together would be a good pairing.
