If this happens and the team starts out playing at Legion field, as is discussed in the article, it will never move forward. I feel that the powers that be will assume there isn't enough support for a team in Birmingham, but people don't want to go to that shite-hole of a stadium, in that shite-hole of a location. The article does talk about renovations being done to Legion field, but that doesn't do a damn thing for the location issues.

I'm not too familiar with the situation but I think they are only playing the first expo game at Legion. Isn't the stadium in Hoover used for NCAA? If so that seems like a good fit
