Well, this 6 game stretch has been about as miserable as possible... Finally pulled my best Aints impression yesterday...
Can't score goals. Benteke with the shite red card.
That second goal was painful Sunday.
Weimann's goal was sweet though.
Sincerely,
Mr. Brightside

Great win yesterday men! Took the bag off and was proud to be a Villan again.

How far back did you have to go to dig up this masterpiece?

Seeing that AVFC isn't talked about much, the search function is wonderful.

Villa is currently on record breaking pace for least amount of goals scored in premier league history!
So proud to be a Villan. PREPARED!

As an outsider, I am curious as to how long a leash Paul Lambert is on at this point. One would think 11 goals in 23 games would put any manager on the hot seat. What's the word on the situation? I haven't heard a whole lot about it.
FWIW, I sort of like Paul Lambert but just think the powers that be have to be considering a change if things don't turn around soon.

It's become harder and harder to watch Villa football. Alot of fans are calling for Lamberts head. However, at this point, nothing good will happen in my opinion until we have new ownership that are ready to spend money.
I'm still wearing the "Villa Helmet"

quote:Pretty much what I was thinking while watching them against Arsenal. They've got some matches against lower half teams coming up to give them a chance to get some momentum and get some points. But are they willing to risk keeping Lambert for those games. What if they still can't score against the lower sides? They'd be pretty much doomed for relegation in that case.

I don't want to say they're loade with attacking talent, but they just shouldn't be having this much of an issue putting it in the back of the net.

After two straight wins and a FA Semi-final matchup with Liverpool/Blackburn just over a month away, I can officially say I've taken the bag off me head.
I am finally excited about what the club has accomplished. After our first victory in 2015 in BPL, the FA cup run is even more sweeter. Fully confident we will stay atop in the first division and I think we give Liverpool a run for their money in the semi.
Finally feel Villa is PREPARED!
UTV!

I'd be scared if you were actually coming to Nola for the game. But you're not. Because you're a shitty friend.
