Would be a waste of money for Dortmund.

@Cnyari: Bild reporting that Mario Gomez will leave Bayern Munich and join Napoli.

Eta sky Italy and their damn Bayern source

@EEF_NEWS: Sky Italia have denied there being any deal between Napoli and Bayern München for the transfer of Mario Gomez. #EEF

Neymar's presentation at the Camp Nou is just wrapping up after flying in from Brazil. Said something about helping Messi remain the best player in the world. Apparently, spoke a little Catalan.

They played "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen as he was rounding the field kicking balls into the crowd. I don't know if that was by design, or incidental (it was the first song of a mix).

I can support it, if the rumors of 'Call Me Maybe' are true. It's a timeless classic

Never saw a single thing to justify the reputation he had.

talkSPORT and some other outlets not particularly trustworthy have said Arsenal have a pre-contract with David Villa.

Denilson and Arsenal have parted company, according to his agent. LINK Probably ends up in Brazil but his agent says clubs in Italy, Russia, Germany and Turkey are also interested. He always confused me considering he seemed like he was blossoming for awhile, then completely fell off the map when he should have been peaking. Good riddance. Dead weight off our books.

does he still suffer from chronic homesickness? Manchester is a long way from Seville.

He´s been under treatment for years, and I believe he´s fairly well travelled as of late, with La Selección.

David Silva is Canarian (they and Andalusians are VERY similar), and I´m sure will help out very, very much.

This is a GREAT buy for Mancity, as he guarantees 10-14 wins next season, for sure.

Jesus Navas himself guarantees 10-14 wins? Great player but you're exaggerating. Although, those beautiful eyes will be hypnotizing.

I don´t see him as a ´week in, week out´ player for them. No way he starts all matches, even if fit.

I think he´ll be the ´can opener´ off the bench, for quite a few matches (both for ¨sure win¨ matches which have gotten ´stuck´, as well as important matches), and should pepper the season with some goals, a good bit of assists, and the ´discombobulation´ of worried defenses (to the benefit of teammates).

He´s a great addition for a side with beacoups cash, for sure.

I have always liked him and I think you may be right in terms of his place in the team... but for that kinda cash, you'd hope for more than 23 league goals in 284 appearances... He does offer width, which is the one thing MCFC severely lacked...
