If you actually watched and/or attended his rallies you would hear him actually explain what he meant by Mexico paying for the wall. Mostly by taxing the money sent back to Mexico by Mexicans. And tariffs.
$30 billion sent back to Mexico every year, slap a 25% tax on it there's your money to pay for the wall.
