who gives a shite? We go into foreign countries and arrest/kill people who have pissed off our government all the time. We usually try to get the local government's assistance.
And what's more US courts don't care how a person came to be before them, kidnapped or via extradition. Either way they are there.

Everyone knows the Turks demanded this man be turned over to them and they did not care how. Asking for that would be a "discussion" and if such a thing were done of course it would be "illegal".

Woolsey is a good dem and as a former director, it should be very clear to him what's legal or illegal when dealing with foreign intelligence. This smells like a diversion.
