Woman who runs Steelers' merchandise store shares account of what she's been dealing with

Steelers store hurt by national anthem controversy
Phone has been ringing off the hook with angry customers, angry comments on social media, store has been completely dead for 3 days now, except for people who are coming in to vent their anger,e tc.
And this woman has nothing to do with the Steelers organization, she just runs a store. She's an innocent victim in all this.
Imagine what the actual Steelers' organization is dealing with. And you wonder why they've been backpeddling harder than any other team.

I think the Steelers actually have one of the most loyal fan bases in the country. I'm surprised they are having trouble.
I know the Saints are getting a lot of blow back, but they consistently suck.

Does anyone else find it odd that she didn't watch the first part game and didn't have a clue what was going on? I mean as an owner of a store that sells sports merchandise of your local teams I would think that you would always stay informed of what was happening with those teams.
