Will Sharon Broome sweep BR's problems away?

Seems she has good intentions but a few incidents early on are coming back to bite her in the butt. Does she have what it takes?

I don't think she is malicious; I think she is incredibly stupid. Honestly, I'd be surprised if she has an IQ above 95. She surrounds herself with corrupt and agenda-driven people who take advantage of the fact that she is cognitively limited.

I know a lot of people who consider themselves conservative and voted for her in hope that she could "contain her people" and they very much regret it now. My cousin is a liberal and when asked "who did you vote for?" his response was "Broome, but then 15 minutes later when I walked into Walmart I regretted my decision!"lol

She is the most polarizing Mayor in Baton Rouge history. She's a straight Race Grievance Industry SJW Progressive. She is also a crook, making ridiculous hires, diverting money to felon-friends, and destroying various agencies by placing them under incompetent and corrupt management. I have never seen a local official who is loathed as universally by her opponents, and it splits almost precisely down racial lines. She is likely to be known to history as the woman who built St George.

Never said it would. Not a Broome supporter. Just moved out of BR actually. Just had to mention she won most likely because of Bodi White. White house scenario is similar.

She's made it clear that her administration's aim is to steal more resources from white SBR and transfer those resources to black NBR. She has also made it clear that BRPD will be her personal lap dog that will be neutered and will focus on not arresting black people for committing crimes.
She's too dumb to realize that she's simultaneously alienating her largest tax base, putting more black lives at risk, and trying to give some of the most corrupt people in the city large amounts of money.
