They both openly have it out for each other. Turning the other cheek doesn't work against the left, they'll gladly keep running over you and keep their party in power.
Someone not standing up to them sooner is what allowed their perceived "privilege" to label anyone anything to grow out of control. And why it's took such a drastic change, like trump, to loosen their grip on America. Trump is just playing by their rules and they hate it.
