Why does Juan Williams take so much crap at Fox News?

He's on every show all day and he's the only left leaning guy. He gets pounded all day by the hosts of these shows and by guests.

People play on NFL practice squads to basically be tackling dummies for less than 200k a year.
By that standard, he's doin' pretty good.

Don't really feel sorry for the guy. He seems to relish being the lone democrat on there. Every other network goes out of their way to bash any republican or conservative that attempts to argue with them.

He's lauging all the way to the bank. He doesn't really care. They probabaly all have beer together after the show laughing about it.
It's not news. It's entertainment. There's very little news on Fox, CNN, MSNBC.
Their role is political entertainment. That's it. They share ridiculous opinions to try to build an audience to sell ad time. That's it.

When Juan fricked up and almost lost his career, Fox News was the ONLY outlet that stood by him. He appreciates that.

FOX has plenty of Dems on their shows. Beckel, Marie Harf(remember her from the Obama admin) and several day to day guests are Democrat leaners on that channel.

I think it would be kind of fun, some people like that kind of contrarian role.
Personally I get bored pretty quickly when I'm around a bunch of people who think the same way I do. I wonder, if I had grown up in Northern California instead of the Deep South would I be a republican?
