I am. I want you to be consistent. You believed OJ killed Nicole despite the court ruling otherwise. Now you decide since Zimmerman was found not guilty by the courts it was a lawful shoot.

That is not at all what happened.
You actually don't know anything about the case do you?

This makes zero sense. You do realize that..right?

WTF is this nonsense? I've never said anything about OJ.
It was a lawful shoot. For the third time, if it was not then tell me why. Don't worry, I won't expect an actual answer from you.

notwithstanding the accuracy of your statement. Stand your ground wasn't used as a defense.
Ok I will get off of stand your ground since that is the only thing y'all want to focus on.
Now can you explain this...
how you can lawfully follow someone, provoke them, fight them, call the 911, get instructed to not follow him, decide you will disregard and shoot that person?

Racism tends to have that effect on people.

He knows what Shaun King and Salon.com told him. That's enough evidence for him.

That said just because I'm bored. Tell me how Trayvon was provoked.

First, the evidence in the case is different than what you posted. Zimmerman called 9-1-1 and reported a suspicious person (Martin). He was instructed not to follow the person and wait for police. However, he is under no legal duty to obey that command as 9-1-1 receptionists are not peace officer and do not have personal jurisdiction over callers. He followed Martin and then lost him. Based on the areas where Zimmerman last saw Martin and where the attack occurred, it is most likely that Martin doubled back behind Zimmerman and then initiated the attack. This is corroborated by the testimony of the girl Martin was on the phone with at the time. Physical evidence showed that while attacking Zimmerman, Martin slammed his head into the concrete. At this point, Zimmerman shot Martin while on his back. The forensic evidence showed that Martin was sitting atop Zimmerman when he was shot.
There is no evidence that suggests that Zimmerman physically engaged Martin prior to Martin attacking him. In fact, there is no evidence that Zimmerman spoke with Martin prior to Martin attacking him.
Lethal use of force in self-defense requires that the user be in reasonable fear for his life prior to using force. That burden cannot be met if he is not under attack or attack is imminent.

So in my ask a black man thread you were you not one of the people who tried to argue me down about OJ killing Nicole?

It was a lawful shoot.
No it was a shame.

So you expect me to walk if I saw you walking in my neighborhood I could follow you, pick a fight with you, lose the fight and shoot you dead?

This is not what happened.
What actual evidence that was presented in court led you to believe that?

Can you imagine this case going down differently? Where the person doing the following was Trayvon and Zimmerman was on his phone with his girlfriend. And then in court testimony we find out that Zimmerman told his girlfriend some **** was following him?

I don't think I posted once in that thread

That's not a legal explanation. Explain why it was not a legal shoot....for the 4th time

If I showed no signs of stopping my beating of you and you felt in reasonable fear for your life, yes.

And we are going to have to deal with all this hyperbole and misinformation when the officers in the Sterling matter are not indicted. I'm actually concerned about it.
