No it isn't an honest question. You know good and well that when warranted conservatives stand up for minority rights as conservatives stand up for the Constitution. Many of these so called rights the liberals try to claim conservatives ignore are not rights at all, they are fabricated over-reaches that should be ignored as they infringe on legitimate rights of others, are attempts to buy votes, are attempts to generate false victims, or are a combination of the three. The policy gives priority to minority Religions that are being persecuted the most in those areas.
Christians are one of the groups as are the Yazidis and Druze.
