Trump just may have to pull the trifecta.

Destruction of both parties (families)
Economy
Race relations

Make a hippy want to quit patchouli.

Um, let's solve problem #1 - this economy before we talk about a hat trick. He hasn't done anything yet and isolationism has never worked. He will have to govern differently than his campaign rhetoric.

Isolationism is right there with racism and a litany of other '____isms' raised out of anti-Trump doltishness.

Trump has never remotely hinted at isolationism.

No one needs to; stop the race baiters from stirring the non-existent racial problem pot (Al, Jesse, Barack, the media, etc.) and everything resolves itself. We're never going to be 100% non-racist but the problem isn't what it's made out to be.

I held the door open at the Shell station for a black man and his wife yesterday. He gave me the obligatory head nod and 'thanks man' (it was actually 'thanks brother', but I did not want it to appear I was embellishing).

He shall pay it forward, creating a tsunami of racial good will (the likes of) this country has not before witnessed.

Or not...it is a toss-up at this point.

As long as there is a Democratic/Liberal agenda race relations will continue to be pushed apart. In my life I have seen one thing only that unifies races in the midst of such separation efforts...Christianity

The task = ice skating up hill.

There are far too many lies ingrained into peoples minds - far too many learned prejudices - far too many fire starters and flame fanners- far too much misinformation to the youth on social media - etc...

It will NEVER. EEEEEEE-VER be mended.

It's going to take education, which the government does not want bc as soon as the average citizen stops blaming their neighbor for all their problems in life, the government loses power.

Hopefully Trump. If he can get Obamacare repealed along with tax reform/simplification, I think the economic picture will improve creating more jobs/opportunities for American workers/citizens. Get minorities off government dependency and back to work as participants in the economy and we should see improved race relations.

The people getting rich off it (race-baiters & MSM) don't want it mended.

The half of the country living off gubment freebies don't want it mended.

This.

He's going to build up the military industrial complex and continue to fight wars for profit.

You know, cuz he's so anti-establishment and all.

NO one can repair race relations. Not possible. What repairs race relations is getting rid of the us vs them mentality.

Enable people to get jobs, make their life better through real opportunities, etc... All of this is within the Trump administration's power. Do what he said he would do and the next election we won't have to be nearly as concerned about race relations, voter fraud, etc...

Another social program or two isn't going to make one bit of difference in race relations. Provide opportunities for people to take advantage of.
