Who here thinks Kim Jong Un is suicidal?!?!

Does anyone honestly believe that if he gets a nuke that can hit the US he will just fire it off? Unless the world is claiming he is legit crazy I don't see this happening.
Not to say we should not prevent him from acquiring a nuke by strategic bombing his launch pads and bunkers.

I think he has a very special frame of reference. A very small perspective. He should be assassinated asap. It's the only real option. We should pay an international bounty of one billion dollars to the family of anybody who kills him.I'd do it myself but I got a thing to go to.

Read an article about Kim when at the Swiss boarding School.
He was very isolated, surrounded by a group of minions, and only ate food from KFC and McDonalds. Even then he was being prepared for his accent to power.

I always wondered if dictators like Saddam and Kim really knew where their armed forces stood in relation to the US. I think that they know we are stronger, but I think they may believe that we don't have the capability to invade them. He has a very large and impressive army, and while they might be purty, "Can they fight"?
The question is, will he figure his uns are better than ours uns and provoke us? If we hit him, will he push the launch button before we take him out? I would hope that one of his generals would just take out a gun and shoot him on the spot if he asks them to provoke a war with us.

Saddam had few illusions about his military capability, which is why he prepared for asymmetric warfare. Much of the groundwork for the later insurgency was laid by him. He thought he could outlast us. In the end he couldn't but his legacy lived on in blood and treasure spent.
I can't say what Kim thinks, or what the aftermath of a war would be. Would his society implode, or would we be fighting grimly determined fanatics for the next several years? Either way, it wouldn't be pretty.
