While I'm in favor of any institution or business firing staff for any reason they want, I'm glad that the hypocrisy of this college is out in the open.
"Your honor, I plead with you to throw out this terrible claim of racism and discrimination against the good people of this university. As you can see, the plaintiff is white and therefore they cannot experience racism or discrimination, making their claim absurd from the start."
