It comes down to "you can't legislate behavior."
Try to force people to send their kids to a certain school, they will move or send them to private school.
Lower the standards at public colleges, people will send their kids to better colleges.
Force integration, people move to the suburbs.
Social engineering, in almost every instance has failed (or succeeded, depending on your perspective and goals)

How much you want to bet their are some black families that have moved from the shite holes too.
Also, when White people start revitalizing and remodeling areas once thought unliveable they are vilified for that as well.

it's like they want white people to move back around minoriites in cities but somehow keep the areas as shitty as they currently are, so that prices remain low. so then you have to ask, are you trying to raise the lower class up or bring the upper class down?

So what do you propose, forcing all the white people to move back into the inner cities? Financially penalizing them for moving to the suburbs?
There's some argument there about the tax base shrinking as a result of white flight but remember, a lot of inner-city schools get Title IX funding to offset that, and they still suck. Maybe if you "charterized" every school and introduced wide-spread school choice, some inner-city public schools could become really good which could mean some white parents may send their kids to those schools because of the quality of the education. That would help address the issue.

I grew up in areas and went to schools I would never want my kids to live in and attend. I want to protect them from the lack of respect for life, women, and family morals that is embraced by poor minorities. The problem is you look at everything in groups instead of individuals. I will do whatever I think is best for my family and every person in this country has that right. My children shouldn't have to suffer because you think it negatively impacts minorities.

Liberals love to link everything to racial identity. Somehow, my being white, means that I have to consult the white people's manual on where to live and what school I should go to. This is all about individuals making decisions that are right for them - whether they be white, black, brown, or whatever... Everyone wants to get into the best school they possible can. Everyone wants to live in a place where they are comfortable - with low crime, plenty of jobs, or whatever.
