White flight has made higher education unfair for blacks and Latinos

Anthony P. Carnevale, director of the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce, says that "white flight" in higher education is creating huge inequities in racial fairness in higher education.
Article is very factual and well sourced and it is the Washington Post too.
Here is yet another documented example of white privilege.

Open access colleges are the greatest abusers of the federal student loan program and generally have degrees that useless and have no value.

Not cowardly....just a predictable outcome of heavy handed integration policies coming to a head around the same time that FHA loans and commuter freeways became commonplace.
You, like everyone else, are expected to look after you and yours. Once that concept is understood, the impact of well meaning but incredibly short sighted policies like the war on poverty, war on drugs forced integration, and even Obamacare can be predicted within a reasonable degree of certainty. Those predictions are usually ignored and dismissed as "not real" by the progressive left and even sometimes the establishment right.
