Says the guy who thinks twitter would survive the shite storm if they actually deleted Trump's account.

It's like if Trump fired Mueller.

Twitter can't touch Trump without dying themselves.

I mean, we've passed into the territory of endangering the national security of the United States. I feel like that goes against their user agreement. Twitter needs to get on that.

I always enjoy when Progs let their true feelings known.

Sorry, you can't take away the first Amendment rights of POTUS.

Don't be that guy, you have no first amendment right to post on Twitter

but yes of course Twitter would fold if they banned Trump, he'd make some other social media site famous.

Then free speech applies. Judges even agree with. I know you hate that they don't agree with your communist thoughts.

quote:

Brian Davison sued the chairwoman of the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, who temporarily banned him from her Facebook page after he posted criticism of local officials last year.” Judge James Cacheris found that she had violated Davison’s First Amendment rights by blocking him from leaving comment, because, in his judgment, the chairwoman, Phyllis Randall, was using her Facebook page in a public capacity. Though it was a personal account, she used it to solicit comments from constituents.

“The suppression of critical commentary regarding elected officials is the quintessential form of viewpoint discrimination against which the First Amendment guards,”

If free speech is not involved, then how could there have been a law suit and a ruling?

You are such a drama queen.

"Lady Liberty" being fricked?

"Lady Liberty", as in my personal freedom and my hope for the future, are doing better than at any time since Ronald Reagan. Seriously, wtf are you crying about?

Just read the case. I don't like it. Still, it is prettty distinguishable from twitter banning Trump.

Libs can't stand DJT's twitter because people are trusting it more than the prog's news networks.

I am loyal to Our President/God Emperor, and so should you. If not, feel free to move to the communist paradise of North Korea.

While he does himself no favors at all by tweeting the shite he does and as much as he does, he still has the right to use it.

I think he is a true sociopath who is an embarrassment to United States and the Republican party, but he still has the right to tweet whatever he wants.

I understand that.

This has more to do with my understanding of Progs, and their want to silence those they don't like, not twitter.

In their defense Americans are loyal to their country not the leader. It's been that way since the US was created.

wrong

you are just stupid.

If you read the ruling , the judge did not rule that anyone had a right to post on Facebook, what he did rule was that the woman had a right to post on a Congress member's face books page.

If Facebook had banned her, the same Judge would have said "tough shite" because Facebook is not a government agent whereas the Congress member is.

I just can't even believe such a simple concept would have to be explained to an adult.

Unfortunately, he would switch to some other social messaging platform that isn't currently as popular. I'm sure they'd be happy to have his 20M followers or whatever it is.
