What’s the first thing Trump or the new President should do when they take office?

I’d have Vince McMahon do it

Get rid of Fauci and the vaccines.

Clean up the White House. Probably smells worse than a gas station bathroom

Rescind every EO that Pedo Joe has signed that are putting a stop to our oil and gas production

Clean house. Fire the hell out of the whole lot. Start with the Stasi.

Replace Sec of Defense and all the Joint Chiefs.

Fire everyone; most importantly in the three letter agencies and military leadership.

After that sign an EO limiting the length of time that a bureaucrat can hold a position in government. No more entrenched bureaucrats running the government without being held accountable by voters.

Firing almost everyone in the bureaucracy. But it doesn't have to be first. It's gonna be a long process that will take all of four years.
It would go much faster if he just eliminated entire depts. For example, the Dept of Educ. serves no purpose. Get rid of it on day one. The reason it's never done is the Dems will say 'Trump doesn't want children to attend school!'

Purge all government entities of wokeness, and clean the swamp . I think Trump was going to do this in his second term , but they cheated and one . I think this was one of the main reasons why they cheated . To make sure he would not win because they knew what was coming .
