I'm a republican who lives in California. Watching this board for over a year to combat the super lib stuff I hear on a daily basis.
This board has helped push me to the realization that super cons = super libs, in there crying, hatred and venemous reactions.
Now I'm stuck in a place where I disagree with most Californias in the street and most posters on this board. Lol.

I have an Attorney friend who is shitting himself over Trump. He claims to because Republican but is anything but.
I had a debate with him over the EO and used Federal law to support my point. He was unable to respond other than that he thinks it's a human right to migrate to the US. I lost all respect for him as an attorney.

It's fake.
Everyone knows it. It's propaganda...an attempt to look like an individual, when in fact it's manufactured.
The real interesting phenomenon isn't the very obvious examples you cite. It's the actual individuals on this board, who pretend that they are libertarian, republican, or independent, but obviously are not.
These people are such lemmings, they've adopted the lies and tactics just because that's their normal. They truly believe that it's ok to lie if it ends in a better result. The end justifies the means is a core belief for these people.

No I'm just trying to teach you poor ignorant masses. It seems to be a futile effort, but that doesn't mean I should give up instilling some basic knowledge of our legal system. It is really remarkable how recently everyone on this board seems to have become aware of the importance of that branch.
